Job Description

Key Responsibilities
MONAE Representatives are the face of the brand with our accounts. You are responsible for ensuring a world class service experience for our accounts at all levels. Responsibilities include, but not limited to are:
- Executing sales programs
- Presenting clear and persuasive product presentation to retailers
- Assortment planning
- Executing on all brand initiatives, including all local marketing initiatives for the region
- Pursuing new accounts and expanding overall account base in territory
- Ability to professionally manage a sample account/product
- Attend all applicable regional and national trade shows

The ideal candidate & experience requested:
- Someone who shares our vision and goals
- 2-3 years experience in the territory with existing brands and relationships with strong knowledge of the market.
- Strong communication skills in person, written, email & via phone
- Strong work ethic and ethical in every sense
- Ability to analyze and understand sales reports in order to identify opportunity
- This is not a position for someone learning or new to the industry
